86 billion euros will be spent by the end of December and nearly 22 billion in 2021 as part of the recovery.
This plan is obviously necessary, but as we approach the second wave of the epidemic, it is a bit dated since we have plunged heavily back into the crisis.
First we need emergency funds.
There will be no economic recovery if the emergency is not successful, no rebound possible if survival is not assured.
The central question is to know how the French economy will be able to survive a worrying series of roller coasters in which periods of recession and bursts follow one another.
The amplitude of positive and negative height differences is absolutely considerable and we can clearly see today that the effort must be concentrated on emergency and support spending.
