Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has come under fire after once again speaking out in a controversial manner and urging Brazilian citizens not to act "like gays" in relation to the Corona virus.

Bolsonaro, who consistently belittles the virus, despite the fact that the death toll from corona in Brazil stands at 163,000 people, made the remarks while delivering a speech at the presidential palace.

The speech was supposed to deal with tourism issues, but became widespread as the president quickly moved from topic to topic, including sending an implicit threat to the President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden.

"We need to stop talking about the corona all day," Bolsonaro said in a speech, "I'm sorry for the dead, but we're all going to die one day, there must be no denying reality. We need to stop being a gay country, we must stand up to the virus and fight. I just hate This behavior is gay behavior. "

Bolsonaro's statement is the latest in a series of controversial statements made by the Brazilian president since the corona crisis began.

With the outbreak of the plague, the president came out against the "excessive hysteria" in relation to the corona virus, which he called "no more than a mild flu", and even declared that the immune system of Brazilian citizens is so strong that they can "swim in the sewer and not get infected".

Later in his speech, Bolsonaro expressed his anger at the remarks of US President-elect Joe Biden, who in one of the pre-election clashes urged the Brazilian government to preserve the rainforests in the Amazon, and warned that the United States could impose sanctions on the country.

Bolsonaro responded to Biden with contempt, calling him "the American presidential candidate," saying that in the event of sanctions, diplomatic talks may not be enough, "and weapons may replace the words."

Bolsonaro, an ardent supporter of President Donald Trump, is one of the few leaders in the world who has yet to congratulate Joe Biden on his election victory, a victory that Trump does not get.
