NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN declared the Democratic candidate the winner with a lead of more than 11,000 votes in this tight election, giving Joe Biden 11 more voters.

Fox News and Associated Press had already given the winning Democratic candidate on the night after the November 3 election, much to the chagrin of his Republican rival, President Donald Trump.

After this victory in Arizona, Joe Biden can now count on 290 voters, when he needs 270 to win the presidential election and enter the White House on January 20.

Donald Trump still refuses to recognize the victory of his Democratic rival, more than a week after the poll.

The outcome has yet to be announced in two states, North Carolina and Georgia.
