After the strong impact on world football that had the confirmation that Luis Suarez had been infected with coronavirus, cases do not stop appearing in the Uruguay National Team.
This Wednesday seven new positives were confirmed in the tests, two of them by soccer players
Diego Rossi
and ex-Boca
Alexis Rolín
.
The other five cases were those of the doctor Alberto Pan, the assistant of the physical trainer Jorge Rey and the members of the props and physiotherapists Richard López, Víctor Britez and Emiliano Aguirre.
But later an
eighth case came
: that of
Lucas Torreira
, a starter in the match against Brazil - he was replaced in the complement - and Suárez's teammate at Atlético de Madrid, who thus added a new loss for Saturday's clash against Barcelona.
These eight new cases are added to the positive ones of Suárez, Matías Viña and Rodrigo Muñoz, in addition to that of the press officer of the Uruguayan Football Association, Matias Faral, who had tested positive before the clash against Brazil for the Qualifiers.
Thus, there are already twelve affected within the campus.
As detailed by the AUF in a statement, all those infected are in good health and performing the corresponding isolation.

Rossi, forward and star of Los Angeles FC, will miss the next MLS playoff game against Seattle Sounders.
And Suárez will be a sensitive loss in the match against Barcelona, his old club and the current one of his partner and friend Lionel Messi.
Rolín currently plays for
Rentistas
, the last Uruguayan soccer champion, and Rodrigo Muñoz is a goalkeeper for
Cerro Porteño
in Paraguay.
The first case detected in the campus had been that of Viña, and from it apparently the cataract of contagions occurred.
The glances from Uruguay point to the player's club, the Palmeiras of Brazil, where 17 infections were recently detected.
The only player of the Uruguayan National Team belonging to an Argentine club is Nicolas De la Cruz, who will be tested again before rejoining the River squad, which this Friday will visit Banfield for the fourth date of the Professional League Cup.
