De Gaulle: the rule of law or popular sovereignty?

ANALYSIS - At a time when we are celebrating the figure of the general, who disappeared fifty years ago, it is interesting to settle this debate to return to the conception of the rule of law defended by the latter.


Since the beheading of Samuel Paty, the question is no longer taboo and the debate is open.

Is our rule of law suited to the Islamist threat and the migration challenge?
