A series of

clandestine parties

with more than 1,800 people held in parallel in the same area of fifth houses in the Buenos Aires town of Moreno was disrupted by the Police.

The operation was carried out this Sunday at dawn in the

Las Magnolias neighborhood

, an area of fifth houses located on Palma Street and Route 197.

There were more than 1,800 people, 400 vehicles, gazebos with bars, rhythmic lights, DJs, and as it turned out,

the entrance "was around $ 4,000,"

the sources reported.

During the operation, the organizers were identified and notified of the initiation of a federal case for non-compliance with article 205 of the Penal Code (crimes against public health) and the place was evicted.

Federal Court No. 1, Judge Néstor Barral, Section 3 intervened under the charge of Dr. Juan Cruz García of the Morón Judicial Department.

The operation took place this Sunday at dawn in the Las Magnolias neighborhood.

Last week a similar event occurred in the Buenos Aires town of Virrey del Pino, where a massive meeting with more than 300 people was deactivated and Cristian U., former Big Brother, was officiating as a DJ.

The owner of the place, a 49-year-old man, and the organizer of the event, a 23-year-old woman, were charged.

More controls for a repeating mode

After more than 230 days of isolation, festivals of this type are one of the main focuses of concern for the National Government and many of the provincial governments.

Is that according to estimates by IDEAr, the Argentine entertainment industry, in the last 8 months more than 3,000 parties and clandestine events were held, mainly in the Federal Capital, Province of Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Córdoba and Rosario.

Clandestine events have

a common denominator

: people, both young and old, have a clear need to

socialize and have fun.

After long months of confinement and lack of activities, society as a whole began to show signs of exhaustion.

That, added to the arrival of spring and high temperatures, caused the proliferation of meetings and gatherings without authorization to grow throughout the country.

Therefore, in the face of a summer season that will be altered by the effects of the pandemic, Operative Sol 20/21 will modify the prevention approach for tourists: the Buenos Aires police will focus their eyes on beaches, mountains and lagoons, but there will be a reinforced deployment in regions that concentrate countries, weekend houses and residential areas of Greater Buenos Aires.

The municipalities of the Coast and the residential areas of the GBA expect a "cataract" of parties or social events because traditional bowling alleys will not be allowed by the coronavirus restrictions.

Several districts will allow youth parties outdoors, in parks and in open spaces near the waterfront.

They fear that overflows will be registered there, so the Sedronar agents will go with their prevention diagrams, but also police and inspectors to order closures or infractions.
