"As cliché as it sounds, from the age of five when I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I replied that I would be a lawyer," recalls with a smile Adv. Anat Kfir, a founding partner at the law firm KR.



KR is a bit unusual in the legal landscape in Israel. "Our goal is to be one of the largest firms in Israel," says Adar-Kfir without blinking.

When asked what it was like to start studying at such a young age, Adar-Kfir replies: "The truth? I was terrified. When I started law school I came with a lot of concerns. Especially given the age gap between me and most students was significant."

Adar-Kfir specialized in real estate, and when she finished the internship she took the exams. The bureau was certified as a lawyer at a particularly young age.

"I was certified at the age of 22, and immediately after the certification we decided to open a law firm together."



Along the way, Adv. Liran Kfir was appointed CEO of the Bar Association's Economic Company, and the management of the family law passed into the hands of Adar - Kfir.

In parallel with the management of the private office, Adar-Kfir began to serve as legal advisor to various corporations and even to serve as a director in leading companies in the economy.

"Luckily I have a business partner who is also a life partner who allows me to combine career and family. There is a kind of 'forceps movement' between us when he understands the importance of my career development, so there is more understanding that sharing the family burden should be equal.
