According to the Housing Association, as of November 20 this year, 453 applications have been received from owners and 371 "owner certificates" have been issued.
A total of 46 rental transactions have been recorded temporarily.

The last round of tenant applications for the "Non-Premium Subsidized Sale Housing Rental Scheme" ended in December last year. Applicants can submit their applications by mail, in person or through the webpage of the "Leasing Scheme".
