Should we boycott Amazon?
In the eye of the storm for several weeks, the American company has aroused much criticism.
The e-commerce giant is notably accused of harming small traders, forced to remain closed.
Several elected officials, like Anne Hidalgo (PS) or Eric Piolle (EELV), have also recently launched a petition for a "Christmas without Amazon".

Conversely, other elected officials believe that some citizens, sometimes far from shops, have no other choice than to use the American online sales platform.
Yannick Jadot (EELV) explained on Friday that he
“does not want to prevent” “people who only have Amazon to access it”

"I do not despise people who, for good reasons (distance from bookstores, difficulty in getting around, etc.), or for convenience, to save time, order their books on this platform,"
says François Ruffin ( LFI), in a recent article on its website.
