An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale hit eastern Turkey, southeast of Malatya.
The National Seismological Center stated that its national network stations recorded an earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale in eastern Turkey, with a depth of 5 km at ten and twenty-seven minutes local time and located 30 km east-southeast of Malatya, pointing out that it is possible to increase activity in the region. Along the Fractures of North Anatolia, reaching northwestern Latakia.
An earthquake measuring 4.3 degrees on the Richter scale was felt by the residents of Damascus last night, in northeastern Damascus.
