You don't have to do without the Christmas markets entirely: In Unterbrunn (Starnberg district), for example, there is a drive-in Christmas market with snow from the cannon and a lively nativity scene on the first two Advent weekends from Friday to Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. instead of.
