The Syrian Association for Exploration and Documentation, in cooperation with the Ministries of Local Administration, Environment, Social Affairs, Labor, Tourism and Quneitra Governorate, organized today an introductory tour of a number of important sites and regions in the governorate under the slogan “To Golani” that included the Ain al-Tina site opposite the occupied town of Majdal Shams, the liberated city of Quneitra and the site of the Mantara Dam, with the participation of about 320 volunteers from the association.
The Secretary of the Association Khaled Nwilati said in a statement to SANA's correspondent that the tour aims to introduce the young generation to the occupied Syrian Golan and some archaeological and historical sites in the Quneitra Governorate to confirm that the Syrian youth have not and will not forget the land of their fathers and grandparents and their adherence to the right that must be restored and liberated from the occupation, no matter what How long.
A number of volunteers expressed their joy of visiting the Ain al-Tineh site overlooking our occupied Golan, and seeing the homes of the Golanites in Majdal Shams and Masada, and communicating via loudspeaker with our people in Majdal Shams.
Volunteer Shams Al-Aissami explained that today's visit brought back to her the image that had drawn in her memory of the occupied Syrian Golan and the fathers ’stories about our occupied land, its beauty and the many bounties for which the Golan is famous, confirming the Syrian youth’s insistence on liberating our entire occupied land and returning to the homes of parents and grandparents that the Israeli occupation forces had evacuated from. 1967.
As an expression of the volunteers' love for the land of the Golan, each volunteer filled a bottle of Quneitra's baptized dirt with the blood of the martyrs, to confirm the sanctity of this soil and not to waste a seed of dirt from the land of the Golan.
