Two activists of the Extinction Rebellion (XR) movement were taken into police custody in Amiens for "
degradation in a meeting
", after having tagged and pasted protest stickers on Amazon lockers Thursday evening, the eve of "
Black Friday
", said Friday. November 27 the police.

It is a man and a woman, also activist of the South education union, specified a source within the departmental direction of public security (DDSP), confirming information of Courrier Picard.

Extinction Rebellion activists have put out of state to harm most of the Amazon lockers in the Amiens metropolis
," the environmental movement welcomed Thursday evening in a statement.
An attached photograph showed a column of these order collection bins, some covered with stickers including one on the screen.

The group explains that it wanted to "
disrupt
" the operation "
of a dozen lockers, to convey the pressing need to stop what is destroying the planet
