The UN envoy for Syria said he hoped Sunday for "progress" on the eve of the fourth round of negotiations in Geneva on a revision of the constitution with a view to a political settlement in this country at war.
“We want to see progress,” Geir Pedersen said at an online press conference from Geneva.

The 45-person constitutional committee - who equally represent the Damascus government, the opposition and civil society - is due to meet Monday for the fourth time since October without any major progress made so far.
