While President-elect Biden is leading the way in the job of appointments, outgoing President Trump continues to claim - without any proof - that he did not lose the election at all.

In an interview with Fox News today (Sunday), Trump vented his anger on the courts, which rejected his petitions one after another.

"They did not even allow us to present the evidence, they just say we have no basis to be here," the outgoing president complained.

"Are you saying that as President of the United States I have no basis?

What kind of system is this? "

Yesterday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected a petition filed by Republican Congressman Mike Kelly that sought to retroactively invalidate a last-year law that allows anyone interested to vote in the mail, even for no particular reason.

Trump, for his part, is blaming Yahweh to the U.S. Supreme Court, which he says "should be prepared to make a really big decision."

"The problem is that it is difficult to get to the Supreme Court," he explained.

"I have the best lawyers who want to claim the case if he gets there ... I would like to present one big and beautiful lawsuit, which will address this and many other things, with enormous evidence. We have hundreds of affidavits on oath."

In the US the Supreme Court has to decide whether this or that case has any place in the highest court even before the judges hear it. So far, the petitions of Trump and his people have not passed this threshold test.

The president's interview ended with another baseless claim, when he stated that his loss was "statistically impossible".

Last weekend Trump called on Twitter the quorum that Biden had won over 80 million votes "ridiculous", insisting the president-elect could enter the White House "only if he proves his votes were not fraudulently or illegally" - another statement that has been repeatedly refuted .

At the same time, Biden is vigorously continuing the preparatory work for his entry into the White House, approaching the completion of one of the more complex tasks - the completion of the Cabinet train.

After Biden last week announced his candidacies for a number of senior foreign and defense front positions - including incumbent Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, incumbent National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and UN-appointed ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield - the president-elect is expected to focus on more The face, and that in American politics are considered more controversial, especially in light of the challenges facing the new administration.

For example, this week Biden is expected to announce the candidacy of Janet Yellen, a Jewish economist who previously served as chairman of the Federal Reserve, as finance minister. Yellen, who if approved, will become the first woman to head the U.S. Treasury, will have to deal with economics. Threshold of deep crisis and economy severely damaged by the corona plague.

Another role that is expected to garner quite a bit of attention is that of the Attorney General, especially given the fact that many Democrats hope the Attorney General will lead investigations against outgoing President Trump and his people.

Sally Yates, who was the deputy attorney general during the Obama administration, is considered the main candidate for the job, with former Obama adviser to Homeland Security secretary Lisa Monaco and former Massachusetts Gov. Debal Patrick also running for office.

Biden has not yet announced who will head the Pentagon, with the main candidate being Michelle Flornoy, a former senior Secretary of Defense who has served under the Obama and Clinton administrations.

The president-elect praised the candidates he had already announced, and succeeded in the complex task of appointing senior members of the moderate wing of the Democratic Party without inciting the wrath of the left wing over him.

But that task is expected to become more and more difficult as roles diminish, while Biden is determined to form a central, moderate administration that will succeed in uniting the United States a little and working with Republicans on Capitol Hill.
