He also said that he had received news that at least three citizens had received a ticket for littering after offering flowers at about 4 o'clock this afternoon. He criticized it for further suppressing the citizens' right and freedom to give flowers peacefully.

He said that he has no fear of suppressing and will not forget the 831 incident. The public can collect flowers downstairs in his office. He believes that the public will leave as soon as possible after offering flowers and will not be charged for violation of the gathering order.

He pointed out that a document will be presented at the district council meeting to propose a solution.

I was asked that Yu Tak-po, the vice chairman of the Yau Tsim Mong District Council, questioned whether flowers can be presented in the Yau Ma Tei fire, but not at Prince Edward Station, and criticized the police for double standards.
