Cheung Kong Group (1113) announced that the appointment of former British Consul General in Hong Kong Bo Shengwen as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and member of the reference committee will take effect on November 30.
The company pointed out that Bo Shengwen is currently an independent director of Husky Energy, a subsidiary of CKH Holdings (0001) and listed in Canada, a director of CNEX and Broad Lea Group Ltd, and a senior consultant of NEX Group Limited.
Bo Shengwen also served as an independent non-executive director of Swire Properties (1972).
Bo Shengwen can receive a director’s fee of 220,000 yuan per year, and an annual fee of 130,000 yuan for members of the audit committee.
