Catering is an important sector of our economy with an annual turnover of 30 billion only for traditional catering to which we can add 17 billion for the hotel industry.
It represents 960,000 jobs, including 740,000 employees.
Today, a very large part of this workforce is still on partial unemployment.
Behind the catering industry, the agricultural and agrifood industries and thousands of wholesale and logistics companies have also lost their outlets and their customers.
