Relations between the Likud and blue and white continue to deteriorate, and opposition leader Lapid's proposal to dissolve the Knesset will be put to the vote tomorrow. • Prime Minister Netanyahu: "Israeli citizens do not need elections"

Exchanges of accusations, threats to dissolve the government, raising laws without the consent of the parties and especially a sense of the end of the road - this is what another day in the unity government will look like yesterday, on the way to a boiling point tomorrow

Blue and White are furious at the breach of the Likud agreement regarding the transfer of the budget, and are trying to increase pressure on the Likud.

After the establishment of the committee to examine the submarines, yesterday some of their laws were put on the table by the Likud and the ultra-Orthodox, and in addition they threatened to vote in favor of dissolving the Knesset on Wednesday.

A final decision on how to vote in blue and white will be made tonight and it looks like she will be voting in favor.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Netanyahu referred to blue-and-white threats to dissolve the Knesset, and said at the faction's meeting: "On Wednesday, the opposition will try to drag the State of Israel into unnecessary elections. The Likud will vote against elections and for unity. With determination in Corona, unity so that we can provide more economic aid to businesses, the self-employed, citizens. Unity, so that we can continue to maintain security and unity so that we can sign more peace agreements. These are our tasks and we must do them together. Israeli citizens need a government that works not for elections "Politics, but for them - for all the citizens of Israel, without exception. For unity."

In blue and white, they responded to the remarks by saying, "The one who violates agreements, sticks appointments and deprives the state budget of political and personal motives for months, is Benjamin Netanyahu. It is not by chance that an overwhelming majority of the public blames Netanyahu for the expected election - because it is true. There was a budget. "

"Embark on a new path"

Meanwhile, the head of the opposition, MK Yair Lapid, called on blue and white at the Yesh Atid-Telam faction meeting to support a proposal to dissolve the Knesset.

"If blue and white do the right thing, the government will go home and Israel will embark on a new path."

He said, "In 48 hours we can end the path of the worst government in the country's history. I call here a blue and white party: what was - was. Let's do the right thing together. It's time you stopped being Netanyahu's collaborators. You had good intentions. "It failed. Now it needs to be fixed."

Shas chairman Aryeh Deri last night referred to the coalition crisis and said on Kol Barama radio that "I would not be in a hurry to announce elections, there is still time until Wednesday. Even if the law passes on Wednesday in advance, there are a few more days until the second and third readings. "I believe the prime minister is not interested in the election."

Ganz's laws

Meanwhile, the defense minister and blue-and-white chairman, MK Bnei Gantz, ordered the faction's chairman, MK Eitan Ginzburg, to advance bills on equality and non-discrimination bills this week.

According to Gantz's decision, three new bills will be promoted, with the intention of completing the legislative process already in the current Knesset.

The bills that will be promoted: Basic Law: Equality - In this bill, it is proposed to enshrine in the framework of the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty the right to equality and the prohibition of discrimination.

Another law is the Surrogacy Law, which is intended to evenly expand the circle of those entitled to perform the procedure, to expand the circle of women who can serve as surrogates, and to regulate the possibility of performing surrogacy outside Israel.

In addition, they will promote in blue and white the Basic Law: The Declaration of Independence, in order to ensure the status of the declaration of independence as a binding source of inspiration for the interpretation of all Israeli law.

The chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, MK Avigdor Lieberman, referred to the laws promoted by Blue and White and said: "This is only a smoke screen. Ganz does not really intend to promote the laws, he is interested in media noise. Otherwise how can one explain the fact that he remembers these laws this week Where is the law for dissolving the Knesset? "

Shas chairman Aryeh Deri also referred to the legislative initiatives and said: "The laws will not proceed beyond a preliminary reading."

Last night, Finance Minister Israel Katz and senior officials of his ministry began presenting the main points of the state budget for 2021 to Prime Minister Netanyahu and his advisers.

Basically, the budget for 2021 includes a framework of NIS 426 billion and about 45 settlement laws.

Netanyahu is expected to return to the Ministry of Finance an answer regarding amendments he is interested in introducing in the plan.

After that, and provided the government does not disband, there will be a similar review of the main points of the budget before the alternate prime minister, Bnei Gantz.

"Budget - February"

If the government does not fall on Wednesday, the Ministry of Finance will open talks with the various government ministries in order to get their references to the proposed budget.

After that, the budget will be brought to the government's approval, and according to Katz, this will happen "until the first half of December."

According to the Minister of Finance, "From this point on, the schedule set is professional and clear: 30 days to prepare the laws prior to their submission to the Knesset, and from there 60-45 days until the completion of legislation in the Knesset during February."

If the government falls this week then the budget promotion will stop immediately.
