During the Corona period we got used to living in shipments.

There is almost nothing that can be received today in delivery, so much so that we have already forgotten that the most ubiquitous food for delivery is pizza.

The Rishon Lezion pizzeria decided that what would be less obese is the pizza itself. Goodbye Pizza Margherita, Wellcome Sophisticated pizzas with creams and colorful toppings. The question is whether the sophisticated is also successful? We tasted and we have an answer.

We tasted the mushroom pizza (porcini mushroom cream, portabello mushrooms, manchego, parmesan, olive oil, mozzarella and truffles), without a doubt excellent.

The dough is good and tasty, just right.

High quality ingredients The toppings blend well and truffles it wins.

On the other hand, it is also among the least special pizzas on the menu. 

We also tasted the spinach pizza (spinach cream, kashkabal cheese, smoked onion and fresh fresh mozzarella), and opinions are divided here.

First of all, it was not at all felt that it was spinach, and precisely here it is a pretty positive thing as someone who does not like vegetables.

It felt more like from pesto with basil deficiency.

All I thought about was - where's the basil?

Although it probably wasn't meant to be that way in the first place.

The smoked onion brings a surprising twist that is fun to get in a bite.

It is under the spinach cream itself and gives a surprise in the mouth.

And despite all the surprises and originality, I kept asking myself if this is really what I want on the pizza?

Or is it a little too extreme and maybe I just feel like eating pizza?

More felt like a focaccia with toppings.

And one really great one.

Apart from pizzas, Jahja also has pastas and the like.

We tasted the chestnut gnocchi which was very successful.

Calm in the mouth.

Exactly what we wanted to get.



For dessert we ate the Nutella Calzone, which feels like a pizza with chocolate but upgraded.

Simple and good.

Here too the dough is really excellent.

For Nutella lovers it will bring sheer happiness. 

In conclusion, those who like regular and simple pizza, probably this is less the place for him (there is a pizza margarita on the menu, but that is not the part of the place).

Those who want to diversify and are open to combinations and flavors, then definitely recommended!

There are another variety of options that sound promising and quite intriguing.
