A 23-year-old man was arrested last night (Wednesday) on suspicion of involvement in the death of his 18-year-old partner in their apartment in Tel Aviv.

No signs of sabotage were found on her body, and a preliminary investigation raised suspicion that her death was caused by an overdose of drugs provided to her by her partner.

The police arrived at the two's apartment in the middle of the night, after receiving a report at Hotline 100 that the young woman was in a critical condition on Rabbi Kook Street in the city.

Paramedics and paramedics tried to stabilize her condition and evacuated her to Ichilov Hospital, where, despite the doctors' efforts, her death was determined.

Her body was transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
