"Each day of inaction is a day where the suffering of the people of Venezuela is allowed to continue," said Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), at a press conference on Wednesday, presenting a report on the Human Rights situation in Venezuela.
Given these events, the OAS demands action from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
CNN requested a reaction from the Venezuelan government, but the Foreign Ministry said that at the moment it does not have a statement on the matter.
