She mentioned that when the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress decided to enact the "Hong Kong National Security Law" at the national level, it was wrongly described as undermining Hong Kong's high degree of autonomy. At the request of the SAR, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress handled the "vacuum period" of the Legislative Council from the constitutional level. When dealing with the qualifications of members, they will be slandered as interfering in Hong Kong affairs.

Therefore, she stated in her policy address this year that one of the urgent tasks to be done is to clean up the constitutional order and political system of the Special Administrative Region, and correct the chaos.
