Stéphanie Le Quellec is betting on take-away sales

The two-star chef opens this Sunday MAM, in Paris 17th. Both a ready-made meal shop, pastry shop, delicatessen and wine cellar, the place aims to modernize the catering activity in terms of both offer and service.


For her 39 years, this Sunday, Stéphanie Le Quellec offers herself a new profession.

After setting up on her own at La Scène (Paris 8th), last year, where she won two Michelin stars in a few months, she opened MAM, not far from the Poncelet market (17th).

“I want to offer a modern version of the comforting and warm caterers of my childhood, where you could find everything you needed!

A kitchen house that makes home cooking.

For those who don't have time to cook well in our busy world.

A real challenge for me, with a lot to learn, perhaps more difficult than opening a gourmet restaurant! ”
