He is now 219.1 miles behind the leader.
Louis Burton (Bureau Vallée 2) is in third position, 240 miles from the lead.
The fleet spread over 3,700 miles (nearly 6,000 km) on Saturday, Jérémie Beyou (Charal) bringing up the rear.
After the retirement of the English Samantha Davies (Initiatives-Coeur), announced on Saturday noon, the fifth since the start on November 8, there are 28 boats still in the race.
