Al-Saleh pointed out that the company worked on the rehabilitation and maintenance of the electrical system in the city of Aleppo and its countryside, as the number of transfer centers that were rehabilitated until the end of 2019 reached 1250 centers, including 654 transfer centers for citizens and 596 transfer centers for industrialists, and electrical current was introduced to most of the liberated neighborhoods. These include the neighborhood of Salah al-Din, Saif al-Dawla, al-Zabadiya, al-Kallasa, Bustan al-Qasr, and a number of old neighborhoods of Aleppo, including Afiol, the vicinity of al-Qalaa, Bab al-Nayrab, towards Sheikh Faris and Sheikh Khader, part of Ashrafieh and part of Bani Zaid.

Al-Saleh pointed out that the company's plan for this year included the rehabilitation of 400 transfer centers and due to the circumstances of the Corona pandemic, the instability of the exchange market, the prices of materials, and the unjust blockade imposed on the Syrian people, only 240 transfer centers for citizens and 125 centers for industrialists were rehabilitated and the electrical service was delivered to the end of the neighborhoods of Bustan al-Qasr, al-Kallasa, al-Safa and Karam. In the Central Reform and Emergency Center of the General Electricity Company of Aleppo, Eng. Abdul Qadir Maslati, Head of the Low Tension Department, explained that the work of the center is based on receiving complaints and communications of citizens and sending technical workshops to repair emergency network faults in all neighborhoods over a twenty-four hour period.
