The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 51 deaths and 1,021 new cases of Coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
Ministry spokesman Khaled Mujahid said in a statement that the total number of deaths due to the virus in the country reached 7260, while the total number of infections reached 128,993 cases.
Mujahid indicated that 513 recovered people were discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovering from the virus to 108,474 cases.
