Azorim Living bought 98 apartments in Bat Yam for long-term rent

Living from Beit Azorim signed an agreement to purchase 98 apartments for about NIS 202 million in a tower under construction by the Neve Benin company in the new Park Hayam neighborhood in Bat Yam.
The apartments will be rented long-term by the company.
The tower includes 151 apartments and will be based on a mix of commercial street floor uses and offices and hotel rooms on the first floors.
The mix of apartments purchased is diverse, and includes mainly 2, 3 and 4-room apartments and a number of 5-room apartments.
Renters will enjoy modern apartments on floors 5-22 with quality specifications and a balcony, as well as a range of services such as a designed lobby, gym and tenants' club.
Living will be involved in the management and maintenance of the tower at the highest level.
Eran Anavim, CEO of Azorim Living, noted that this is the company's second project in the new neighborhood, after purchasing another plot about 200 meters from the complex, which is intended for student housing.
