A group of pan-democrats were suddenly arrested by the police this morning. According to sources, the arrested included Tu Jinshen, Yin Zhaojian, Lin Zhuoting, Fan Guowei, Yang Yueqiao, Liu Yingkuang, Yuan Jiawei, He Guilan, Liang Huangwei, Zhu Kaidi, and Cen Aohui.
It is reported that the incident was related to the earlier primary elections. Some people were charged with "subverting state power" in violation of the National Security Law.
