The adolescent had to answer to the Munich District Court in May of this year because of fraudulent performance, i.e. fare dodging, in eight cases.
At that time he got away with a “judge's order” that usually includes some social hours.

This is also the case with the most recent trip: on December 20, 2019, the young man was checked at 8:46 a.m. in the S3 between the stations in Giesing and Munich East.
The fare that he had not paid was 3.30 euros.
He doesn't really remember the day, said the defendant.
However, he is sure that he had a ticket with him at the time.
“But I didn't know that it had already expired.” As proof, he presented a ticket for the entire network, which, however, had lost its validity two days before the inspection.
He went to Munich occasionally, "even without buying a ticket," the young man admitted and added: "But all debts have been paid." last asked him to pay.

Judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund discontinued the current proceedings.
Since the act also happened at the end of 2019, long before the last hearing, it could have been negotiated in May.

She recommended that the young man refrain from criminal acts.
