The North, the Center, and the East of France undergo the assaults of a winter disturbance.
Eleven departments are also placed in orange vigilance (level 3 out of 4) by Météo France because of snow and ice.
The accumulations of snow will range from a few centimeters to around twenty very locally.
In the morning, the rain gradually gave way to snow in the affected area.
This Météo France map shows the area where snow will accumulate the most by tomorrow morning.
The North East is clearly the region most affected.
#Snow made its appearance this morning in the north-east of France.
We note 3cm in Nancy and Mulhouse.
By tomorrow morning, the accumulations could reach 7 to 15cm in Lorraine, locally 20 towards the south of Alsace, 5 to 10cm near the Belgian border.
