There were already
first
avalanche victims
to complain about.
Two hikers were hit
by a slab
at Lenggries * (Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district) on the
Brauneck
at around 1350 meters.
They were partially buried in the process.
"The fresh snow of the last few days came off the Brauneck summit slope, which was heavily loaded with drift snow," said the avalanche warning service.
However, the two
ski tourers
were able to be rescued from the snow unharmed.

locations have

In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, they want to maintain this lock "at least over the weekend".
In
Oberstdorf
im Allgäu, many hiking trails have also been closed to ski tourers.
The path to the Marienbrücke near Neuschwanstein Castle in
Schwangau
is also no longer passable.
There will probably only be relaxation in the course of the coming week.

Before that, however, it will be really cold again in the Free State.
At the weekend the

above freezing point.
In some valleys in the foothills of the Alps, according to
