At Chui Nan House, Tsui Ping North Estate, Kwun Tong, at 5 am today (17th), a security guard reported that someone had fallen from a height and was lying on the platform of the building.
Ambulance personnel arrived at the scene and found the man, who was certified dead at the scene.
The police are investigating the case at the scene.
It is understood that the deceased was about 80 years old and had a history of illness.
