Louis Burton is the new leader of a Vendée Globe more uncertain than ever.
At 6:00 p.m. this Saturday, the skipper from Saint-Malo (Bureau Vallée 2) took control of the classification ahead of Charlie Dalin (Apivia) who is only 3.07 miles behind.
Boris Herrmann (Sea Explorer - Yacht Club de Monaco) occupies the third step of the podium at 49.5 miles.
The top three are expected to cross the equator in the next few hours.
