Inspection of the Nas carabinieri in Bologna at the Morgagni Pierantoni hospital in Forlì after the case, reported yesterday evening by Ausl Romagna itself, of 800 doses of Moderna vaccine that were lost due to a fault in the freezer where they were stored.
The episode, according to what was communicated last night by the Ausl, occurred on the night between Thursday and Friday and according to the first hypotheses a human error could have prevented the immediate safety of the vials after the occurrence of the freezer failure.
The investigations of the Nas are underway, coordinated by the Forlì prosecutor.
