According to Downdetector, a website that monitors the operation of the network, the website received reports of Signal malfunctions at about 11 pm on the 15th, and continued to receive relevant reports until 2:26 pm on the 16th.
The reporter conducted an actual test at 3:10 pm on the 16th. Signal can still be turned on and used, but after sending the message, some of it can be successfully delivered to the target device, but some of the delivery fails; if the message is sent in a group, the program will display "Partially sent" and "Request failed: service unavailable".
