Mid-December 2020: Delphine Jubillar vanishes
It all starts with a call to December 17, 16, 2020 in the early morning hours.
Cédric Jubillar, inhabitant of Cagnac-les-Mines, a former mining town located less than ten kilometers from Albi (Tarn), warns the authorities of the disappearance of his wife Delphine.
He claims to have noticed the absence of his wife, a nurse in a private clinic in Albi, after being awakened by one of his two children.

The Albi public prosecutor's office quickly opened an investigation for "worrying disappearance of a person", entrusted to the Tarn gendarmerie group in cosaisine with the Toulouse research section.
Dogs, divers, helicopters, drones are mobilized alongside numerous gendarmes.
A call for witnesses is launched and a toll-free number, 0800 87 89 32, is set up.
End of December 2020: research accelerates
On December 23, 2020, a citizen beaten was organized around Cagnac-les-Mines.
More than a thousand people are mobilizing.

But the investigators only ask him to attend the new searches they are carrying out at the marital home.
