The People's Assembly begins its first session of the second ordinary session of the third legislative session

The People's Assembly started its first session of the second ordinary session of the third legislative session, headed by Hammouda Sabbagh, Speaker of the Council, and in the presence of the Prime Minister, Engineer Hussein Arnous, and a number of ministers.

In a speech at the beginning of the session, Sabbagh stressed the importance of achieving new steps forward to meet the needs and aspirations of the Syrians who deserve more effort from us and continuous work to achieve the best, pointing to the fruitful cooperation and integration linking the Council with the government, each according to his role, function, tasks and specializations. The goal for both is one and it is strengthening The resilience of our proud people and the confrontation of the most difficult challenges we face in our contemporary history.

In turn, Eng. Arnous affirmed that serving the citizen is our common goal and providing the highest indicators of a decent life is the right of the citizen who suffers for the tenth year in a row from the effects of the war that our country is exposed to.
