Day after day, the central Lithuanian institution in Jerusalem continues to operate illegally, at the height of a closure with high morbidity figures in ultra-Orthodox society.

This morning (Monday), this is the third day, the police did not come to enforce the instructions on the spot.

This is a Talmud Torah Hachmat Shlomo, identified with the main Lithuanian current led by Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, in which hundreds of students aged 13-5 study.

The director of the Mossad, Rabbi Shlomo Finzel, said yesterday that "I have never closed the Mossad without a permit and I have never opened without a permit," apparently referring to the ultra-Orthodox spiritual leadership.

Despite being a major Lithuanian institution in Jerusalem, Finzel is one of the few who has resumed studies despite the current closure, and last week tried to encourage more principals in Jerusalem to join him, he said, saying he had permission from Rabbi Kanievsky, but in practice most did not resume studies.

No response has yet been received from the Israel Police.

Meanwhile, even the extremist factions in the ultra-Orthodox sector, which never closed their gates, continued their studies as usual today.

In Bnei Brak, a girls' institution affiliated with the Jerusalem faction operates in the city center, and in the documentation obtained by Walla!

NEWS Dozens of girls are seen arriving at school in the early morning hours for a routine school day, despite the closure.

Other educational institutions affiliated with the ultra-Orthodox community, the most extreme current in ultra-Orthodox society, operate as usual, and police forces that have come to enforce the place - have encountered violence from some residents.

Check the morbidity trend in your locality:

Bnei Brak, Jerusalem and other ultra-Orthodox cities are red cities with very high morbidity.

Bnei Brak has 4,804 verified patients, and its traffic light score is 9.9, which is considered a red city definition.

Jerusalem is also a red city, and according to the municipality, the Sanhedria neighborhood where Talmud HaTorah is located is considered a red neighborhood.

The entire city has about 16,000 active patients.

Other cities where educational institutions such as Modi'in Illit, Beitar Illit and Beit Shemesh operate are red cities whose score in the traffic light program is 10-9.7.
