Affected by the northeast monsoon, Guangdong is generally sunny from the weekend to early next week, and cool in the morning and evening.

Tomorrow (20th) is the "big cold" in the 24 solar terms. The observatory is expected to be mostly cloudy with one or two rains in the morning and evening.

It was cool in the morning, and the temperature in the urban area was between 15 and 19 degrees Celsius.

On weekends, the temperature picked up significantly. The observatory expects the temperature to reach 23 degrees on Saturday (23rd).

The weather was still cold this morning, and the temperature in many parts of the New Territories was only below 10 degrees.

Sheung Shui and Yuen Long are only about 8 degrees; Ta Kwu Ling and Tai Mo Shan are only 6.5 and 4.6 degrees respectively; and Pak Tam Chung is even lower at 4.3 degrees.

According to the Observatory, the cloud belt covering the northern part of the South China Sea is gradually approaching the coast of Guangdong. It is expected to be sunny and dry today (19th).

It was cloudy for part of the evening, with fresh easterly winds, and then occasionally strong winds offshore.

Looking forward to the next two or three days, there will be more cloud cover and a few rain showers, and the weather will improve from the weekend to the beginning of next week.

Tomorrow (20th) is "Great Cold", the last of the 24 solar terms, and it means that winter is coming to an end.

According to the Observatory, the port of Japan is generally cloudy with one or two rain showers in the morning and evening; it is cool in the morning.

The temperature ranges from 15 to 19 degrees, and the humidity ranges from 70% to 90%. Humidity plus the "humidity" of cool weather, the public should keep warm.

The Observatory expects the temperature to rise significantly over the weekend. It will gradually turn fine and dry on Saturday; the temperature will range from 17 to 23 degrees.

Next Tuesday (26th) the weather will be cool again. It is expected that there will be sunshine for three consecutive days, and it will be cool in the morning and evening; the minimum temperature will also be as low as 15 degrees.

The Observatory is expected to be affected by the northeast monsoon. It is generally sunny in Guangdong from the weekend to early next week, and cool in the morning and evening.
