The right-wing parties' courtship period after the Shulmanim ended today (Tuesday) when Avir Kara, the leader of the Independence Movement, announced a rally to Bennett's right.
One of the parties that has expressed great interest in Shulman is the Likud.
News 12 also broadcast documentation of an online conference of the Prime Minister with the representatives of the independents, during which Netanyahu tried to persuade them to join him.
In response to the move, the Likud party sent the following response: "For two years Avir Kara claimed to be fighting for the self-employed, and today he decided to become an employee of those who did nothing for them," it read.
"Prime Minister Netanyahu will continue to bring more assistance programs to the self-employed and business owners, bring in millions of vaccines and open up the economy for the benefit of all Israeli citizens."
At the same time, Kara began to harness his people in favor of the right-wing campaign. In a recording on an internal WhatsApp group he said: "I hope you understand that from tonight you are getting into a high work pace, we are not going to play. We want R.M to the right. We want Naftali Bennett to be the next prime minister. According to Kara, "For us to succeed with the help of the name, we have to work - and work hard. We are building the terrain. Let's give gas, run forward and run right."
