Czech researchers from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of Western Czechia developed a computer program that makes it possible to return sounds to their owners who lose them due to the removal of their vocal cords.
"Several computer companies, the First Medical College and the Motul University Hospital in Prague contributed to the development of this program, which took four years to prepare," a university spokeswoman, Sharkka Stara, explained, noting that the program allows, before removing the vocal cords, to record the voices of their owners and keep them, and then based on them they are repeated Rehabilitation of sick voices.
Sara pointed out that the program allows completely the rehabilitation of voice and speech again, noting that the main goal of this program is to help people who have lost their vocal cords due to cancer.
