The female defendant pleaded with regret, and the magistrate adjourned the case to February 4 and sentenced her to obtain a social service order report.

The two defendants, a 17-year-old boy with a surname of Zeng and a 17-year-old girl with a surname of Chen, accused them of obstructing traffic at the junction of Sai Yee Street and Shan Dong Street in Mong Kok on December 9 of the previous year.

The police followed the female defendant when chasing

The magistrate was satisfied with the police officer’s testimony and believed that the police closely followed the female defendant all the way, and the road blocker had the same attire as the female defendant.
