Today, the French health authorities announced the registration of 230 deaths and 23,924 new cases of the new Corona virus during the past twenty-four hours.
Reuters quoted the French health authorities as saying that this brings the total number of deaths due to the virus to 72,877 deaths, and infections to 3 million and 35,181 infections.
Yesterday, France recorded 649 deaths and 23,292 cases of Corona infection.
It is noteworthy that French Prime Minister Jean Castex said earlier today that one million people in France have received the Corona vaccine since the vaccination campaign began.
