The corona crisis leaves many wounds, but it also promotes a lot of creativity.

She inspired eleven-year-old Lucas Ramirez from Tutzing to write a song.

In it, he asks three simple things from his fellow human beings: Wash your hands, wear a mask, and keep your distance - so that the virus is history as soon as possible.

Tutzing

- Lucas Ramirez has a wish.

Or rather a request.

It is aimed at each of us and is as simple as it is clear: wash your hands regularly, wear a mask, keep your distance - that's all.

“And after all, that's what you can ask of everyone,” says 11-year-old Tutzinger.

"Otherwise the virus will never stop." Lucas Ramirez has now written down this thought and many more about the corona pandemic in a song.

It's called “3 simple things” and can now be heard on Youtube and Spotify.

In the hip-hop song, the student raps off some of the frustration that has built up over the past few months.

In addition to the recurring appeal in the chorus to his three desired, simple things, his view also goes beyond compliance with the corona rules.

Little Lucas, as he calls himself as a musician, advises his listeners to keep calm despite the current situation.

“Don't let yourself be driven crazy” (Editor's note: song text quotes translated from English into German for a better understanding) is the order of the day in the second stanza.

You shouldn't even get the idea of having your father cut your hair during the lockdown.

"It will look very naked afterwards."

It is one of those passages of text in which the listener notices that an eleven year old is giving free rein to his thoughts.

In many other places, Ramirez's words sound remarkably mature and mature.

For example, when he makes it clear that an infection is never just about your own health, but that it is just as important not to infect anyone else if possible.

Also, not everyone should believe everything that is on the Internet or that is told somewhere.

"Because Corona does not come from 5G masts." For Lucas Ramirez, however, not worth mentioning.

He says: "Children also think about things."

The Tutzinger came up with the idea of writing a song about the Corona crisis relatively spontaneously.

He just put all his thoughts on paper and then asked his father, Sergio Ramirez, who had been a hobby musician for decades, whether one could do something with it.

The father was immediately enthusiastic.

“The text is great,” emphasizes the 42-year-old, who comes from Colombia and who came to Germany with his Argentinean-Portuguese wife before their son Lucas was born.

So Sergio Ramirez tapped his contacts in the scene - and found open ears.

Within a few weeks, the song “3 simple things” was officially recorded and produced and uploaded to Youtube and Spotify along with the Gema license and music video.

Ramirez cost none of this.

"Everyone thought the song was so great that nobody wanted money for it."

Since then, the young artist has even earned something with his song.

There is a cent amount per listener from the respective platforms.

Around 40 euros have now been raised.

"Great," says Lucas Ramirez.

However, not because he wants to buy some of it himself.

The Tutzinger also thinks about the big picture here, wants to donate the money that he brings together with his Corona song.

He doesn't yet know which institution exactly.

“The main thing is to do something that helps children who are not doing so well,” he says.

“I don't need anything myself.

I already have everything. ”At this statement his father laughs and strokes his head.

"It makes me proud that he thinks that way."
