However, Liang pointed out that the current epidemic has already spread to the outside world, and based on the experience of mandatory testing in the past, at least 90% or 100% of residents are willing to be tested.
He said that even if it is worried that someone will not be tested, the government needs to make surprise operations. If residents have evacuated beforehand, the virus may have spread out of the community.
