The working period is generally six months to one year. The Hague Conference will provide private lawyers with a monthly allowance of 50,000 yuan.
Zheng Ruohua pointed out that the secondment plan is a permanent arrangement. In the past, assignments to international organizations were generally limited to government personnel. However, the second plan allows lawyers in private practice to sign up. The secondment plan starts now and will be accepted on February 18. Application.
She said that many civil, commercial, criminal and family cases may involve more than one jurisdiction. Private international law ensures that relevant laws can operate effectively at the cross-border level. She believes that learning knowledge of private international law will play a role in legal practice. effect.
