The development of the new business location on Schleissheimer Strasse is progressing: the newly built Abasto Hotel was handed over to the Gulati family, which runs it. 

 The hotel building is a central meeting point with dining options and conference rooms on the approximately 74,000 square meter NU Park site.

In addition, Hubert Haupt Immobilien Holding can book further letting successes: In addition to the Abasto Hotel and the automotive supplier Autoliv, which have been fixed as major tenants for some time, the Hager Group will move to the NU Park with its technical service center.

The economic development department of the city of Dachau established contact with the user.

In addition, the "Eye Center on the Island" will open an ophthalmology practice, while Work Different will operate an office planning office in NU Park.

The construction work on the site is meanwhile progressing according to plan: In the first implementation phase, two of a total of six building plots are currently being built on, which offer a total rental area of ​​around 23,000 square meters.

The realization of further areas of around 25,000 square meters is to start this year.
