The death of a 28-year-old man, a resident of Ashdod, who drowned in a private pool two days ago in Moshav Hosen, was determined - this was reported today (Monday) by the Galilee Medical Center.
This is after the young man was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The incident, it will be recalled, took place last Saturday afternoon.
MDA teams that were called to the scene provided the young man with first aid and evacuated him in critical condition while he was anesthetized and respirated to the hospital, after performing resuscitation operations on him.
MDA paramedic Adir Edri said: "When we arrived we were taken to the pool of the B&B when the man who was pulled from the water by his friends was unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing. We provided him with medical treatment and performed advanced resuscitation including medication, respiration and massage "We beat him in a difficult and unstable condition for further treatment at the hospital while he was breathing."
A statement from the Galilee Medical Center said, "The young man was taken in a very serious condition, with a serious head injury, while he was being resuscitated and anesthetized, after undergoing CPR in the field. "On his life, and today, as stated, he was forced to determine his death. We share the family's grief and embrace it during its difficult hours."
