PERUGIA - The third edition of "Giallo Trasimeno" will take place from the first to the 3rd of September, the national literary festival dedicated to detective fiction scheduled between Tuoro sul Trasimeno and Isola Maggiore.
The event sees the participation of numerous writers and publishers from all over Italy: among others, Paolo Roversi and Barbara Perna to Alessandra Carnevali, Angelo Longoni and Michele Navarra. The event is organized by Europa comunica cultura and Marco Pareti, in collaboration with the Municipality of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, the Gal Trasimeno-Orvietano and the Pro loco of Tuoro and Isola.
The program will start on Friday 1 September (at 11.00 am) in Isola Maggiore with the presentation of the "Club del Giallo" with Lorella Marini and Rita Boini, while half an hour later there will be the presentation of the volumes "Humanitas" by Domenico Carpagnano and "Il sonno dell'acqua" by Lorella Marini herself.
In the afternoon in Piazza del Rondò in Tuoro sul Trasimeno, at 17.00 the greetings of local institutions and the fashion show in yellow by Shaila Sabatini., while at 18.45 the presentation of the book "The weight of courage" (Fazi Editore) by Michele Navarra, and at 21.15 the presentation of the book "Alla vecchia maniera. Il primo caso del commissario Botero" (Mondadori) by Paolo Roversi.
Among the other events of the event, on the morning of Saturday 2 September Isola Maggiore will feature several writers, with two collective presentations.
Evening appointment at 20.45 with the award ceremony of the "Editi" and "Racconti" section, which will also see the awarding of a special recognition to the family in memory of the lawyer Gianmarco Cesari, recently deceased.
The evening will end with the presentation of the book "The essential is invisible to the eyes - Annabella Abbondante" (Giunti) by Barbara Perna.
The day of Sunday 3 September opens at 11.00 with a collective presentation. Following the award ceremony of the "Unpublished" section.
Much awaited appointment at 17.30 in Piazza del Rondò in Tuoro with the actor Christian Ginepro, of the Rai fiction "Rocco Schiavone", who will present his book "Torna da me" (Bertoni editore).
